Aelyno Bel'rosa

I'm going to be writing this journal now that I've come to Eorzea. So if anyone finds this left in the Quicksands, please return it to Momodi as she knows who I am. Or possibly, return it to a red-headed viera woman named Aelyno Bel'rosa.

I've come from the Golmore Jungle to Eorzea. The trip was long and arduous but well worth it. I landed in Limsa Lominsa, but since I can't swim, I quickly left La Noscea and headed for the shining jewel of Thanalan, Ul'dah. Leaving the jungle took everything I had, so I'm stuck in Ul'dah for right now, but I wish to go to Thavnair some day. I've heard that the colors there can mute a rainbow, and I wish to see! By Fenris, I'm getting so giddy just thinking about it! But, that's all for right now. I'm still not entirely sure what to write in this book.

My tribe... It's probably for the best that I write about it in here so I will always remember all the details that I can.
My tribe was the Isaz tribe, cultivated in the most northern reaches of the jungle where ice was revered. So far north in the jungle that both rava and veena live in the village.
There was this wolf by the name of Fenris that we worship. Fenris is no god, but he is sacred to the Isaz. He brings us up to a cave in the mountains to dream dreams of the future. I wasn't one of the dreamers, I was more of an outcast for my mist wielding abilities. The Isaz are very prideful and martially powerful, seeing mist wielding as weak since it draws on a different type of strength. At least, that's how I see it.
